The Lynn Lectures: Mindfulness and Integrative Medicine event featuring Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, on October 6, 2010, at UCLA’s Royce Hall was a great success.  An audience of over 1,460 came out – as Dr. Kabat-Zinn pointed out during his talk – on a rainy Wednesday to share in this special evening.

Dr. Kabat-Zinn’s talk, Letting Everything Become Your Teacher, illustrated the healing benefits of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and the importance of living and enjoying life moment-to-moment. 

An intimate reception prior to the event gave special ticket holders a chance to meet Dr. Kabat-Zinn, Dr. Dan Siegel, and other special guests.  And many guests remained after the lecture for a book signing with Dr. Kabat-Zinn.
